With an honours degree in Ancient History Sophia has always been interested in discovering the roots of things. She holds, certifications in crystal therapy, Swedish massage, and level 3 Reiki training. And is a preferred PSYCH-K ® facilitator, certified Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code practitioner and certified HeartMath ® coach. Combined, these form a wide range of tools that she uses to empower you. Helping you make significant shifts in how you see the world and how the world sees you. This is the magic that frees you to walk in the world with your head held high, feeling more grounded, confident and with an overall sense of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

An essential aspect of Sophia's own healing journey was completing a three-year shamanic apprenticeship with an indigenous Shipibo shaman in the Peruvian Amazon. Working at the Ayahuasca Foundation, she gained unique insights into the psycho-spiritual connection to physical health assisting people in their recovery from many issues such as addiction, trauma, allergies, and skin conditions. She also offers consultations for those considering drinking Ayahuasca and integration counselling for those seeking to anchor the insights, changes, and lessons from profound experiences into their daily lives.
